2. Shipping Methods

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For bulk orders and containerized shipments
  • Air Freight: For urgent orders and smaller quantities
  • Road Transport: For domestic deliveries within India
  • Express Courier: For small samples and urgent deliveries
  • Shipping method will be agreed upon during order confirmation

3. Shipping Costs

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by:

  • Domestic (India): 7-15 business days after dispatch
  • International (Air): 5-10 business days after dispatch
  • International (Sea): 20-45 business days depending on destination
  • Production time is separate and will be specified in your order
  • Delivery dates are estimates and subject to customs clearance, weather, and other factors

5. Packaging

We ensure proper packaging to protect your products during transit:

  • Products are packed according to industry standards
  • Custom packaging available for specific requirements
  • Export-grade packaging for international shipments
  • Proper labeling and documentation included
  • Special handling instructions followed when required

6. Tracking and Documentation

For all shipments, we provide:

  • Packing lists and commercial invoices

7. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Keep all packaging materials until inspection is complete
